This CD is the first of 5 CDs in the Reiki Mantra Meditations Collection. It is undoubtedly the best collection of Reiki CDs I have ever heard. You can really sense the Reiki symbols encoded into the recordings and you can feel the symbols activate themselves for the listeners benefit during the guided meditation. I experienced Reiki heat and healing energy during the meditation. I saw colours and felt the benefit of the symbols - the CDs create a really deep connection with the Reiki energies - so peaceful, calm and deeply therapeutic. I felt very safely guided throughout. All 5 CDs honour the Usui principles of Reiki on a deeper level - a must for any Reiki student or Practitioner.
